HISTORY
Hubbard & Smith is a Nashville, Tennessee law firm with broad experience and expertise in state government practice, small business formation and operational matters, health care, nonprofits, and civil litigation. Hubbard & Smith is a successor firm to Hubbard, Berry & Harris, PLLC, Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating of AV® Preeminent™, founded in 1985 by former senior attorneys from the Tennessee Attorney General's office.
