Bill Hubbard has practiced with Hubbard & Smith and it's predecessor firm since 1985 when he left the Tennessee Attorney General's Office where he served as Chief Deputy Attorney General. Mr. Hubbard's diverse law practice includes administrative law, business law, constitutional law, disability law, health care law, municipal utility law, state and local taxation, wine & liquor regulation, state licensing board and rulemaking matters, state contracts, bid protests, and drafting legislation.
Robyn Smith has practiced with Hubbard & Smith and its predecessor firm since graduating from law school in 1993. Her practice includes representation of small businesses and nonprofit organizations in business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing business matters such as state regulatory matters, negotiating and drafting contracts. In 2019, Ms. Smith started a distribution business to which most of her attention is currently devoted.
