Bill Hubbard has practiced with Hubbard & Smith and it's predecessor firm since 1985 when he left the Tennessee Attorney General's Office where he served as Chief Deputy Attorney General. Mr. Hubbard's diverse law practice includes administrative law, business law, constitutional law, disability law, health care law, municipal utility law, state and local taxation, wine & liquor regulation, state licensing board and rulemaking matters, state contracts, bid protests, and drafting legislation.
Robyn Smith practiced with Hubbard & Smith and its predecessor firm for over 30 years. In 2025, Ms. Smith retired from the practice of law to devote full-time to a distribution business she founded in 2019.
