We handle bid protests at the state and local level, represent physician practices, handle practice breakups, and represent individuals before professional licensing boards.  We assist non-profit associations and charitable organizations and their members with formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and relationships with federal, state and local governments.  We have experience serving on non-profit boards and are familiar with the fiduciary duties required of board members.
